Food donations needed to help 210,000+ hungry people in Broward
September is Hunger Action Month® which is dedicated to raising awareness for more than 210,000 hungry people in Broward County. The latest statistics from Feeding South Florida indicate the overall number of residents with food insecurities has dropped from 2021, but the number of food-deprived children increased by nearly 19%.
