Congressman Jared Moskowitz, a representative of Florida's 23rd district, has recently taken to social media to discuss various pressing matters. Through his Twitter account, Moskowitz has addressed issues including Social Security, healthcare, and recent tragic events in Boca Raton. These posts highlight his continued engagement with constituents and dedication to various causes affecting residents of Florida.

On April 10, 2025, Congressman Moskowitz expressed concern over issues with the Social Security phone line, which impacts his constituents in Florida. Moskowitz emphasized, "When I heard from Floridians about issues with the Social Security phone line, I led more than sixty House Democrats calling to protect it. Our seniors depend on this resource for help accessing the Social Security they earned, and we should be building it up—not tearing it down."

Later that day, Moskowitz sent out another tweet, lauding the work of Florida oncologists. He wrote, "Any family that’s had to face a cancer diagnosis knows just how important it is to have dedicated physicians by their side. A big thank you to these Florida oncologists for the care they provide to so many in our community." This post underscores his recognition and appreciation for healthcare professionals who aid families in times of critical health challenges.

On April 11, 2025, Moskowitz addressed a tragic plane crash in Boca Raton. In his tweet, he stated, "My heart goes out to those who lost their lives in today’s tragic plane crash in Boca Raton, and their family and friends who will be forever impacted. I’m continuing to monitor the situation as we learn more and am grateful to the first responders who are on the scene." This tweet reflects his empathy and active attention to local incidents affecting his community.

Jared Moskowitz has served in the U.S. Congress since 2023, after replacing former Congressman Ted Deutch. His prior experience includes serving in the Florida House of Representatives from 2012 to 2019 and on the Broward County Commission from 2022 to 2023. Moskowitz, born in Coral Springs, Florida, in 1980, currently resides in Parkland and holds academic credentials from George Washington University and Nova Southeastern University.
