On February 5, 2025, Moskowitz expressed gratitude towards athletes from Florida's Special Olympics delegation for visiting his office. He stated: "Thank you to athletes from Florida's Special Olympics delegation for visiting our office! Bradley, Savannah, and Sara are all doing great work building awareness of @SpecialOlympics programs, and I'm happy to support federal partnerships that provide vital services to athletes."

Later on the same day, he announced his participation in re-introducing the Antisemitism Awareness Act alongside colleagues Representative Josh Gottheimer and Representative Mike Lawler.
