She invited union members to join the session scheduled for February 20 at 9:30 AM at 100 W Cypress Creek Rd #650, Fort Lauderdale. The event aims to address issues faced by unions in District 20. "I will be hosting a listening session TOMORROW, February 20, in Broward County to hear directly from our unions on the issues they are facing in District 20. Join me!"

The following day, on February 20, she announced another listening session set for Palm Beach County on February 21. This event is intended for union workers to discuss their challenges within District 20 and will take place at 2275 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL. Later that same day, Congresswoman Cherfilus-McCormick expressed her condolences regarding a tragic incident affecting Israel. She emphasized the importance of preventing such occurrences in the future and stood in solidarity with those affected by the loss of innocent lives. "I mourn with their families and stand with all of Israel during this tragic and unimaginable loss of innocent life."
