On January 27, 2025, Congressman Moskowitz commemorated Holocaust Remembrance Day by reflecting on the liberation of Auschwitz. "This Holocaust Remembrance Day marks 80 years since the liberation of Auschwitz. As the grandson of Holocaust survivors, I mourn the 6 million Jews and millions of others murdered in the Holocaust and commit to fighting against antisemitism wherever it exists."
In another tweet dated January 30, 2025, Moskowitz responded to reports of an aviation accident involving a commercial flight and a military helicopter near Reagan National Airport in Washington D.C. "I’m following the reports of a commercial flight colliding with a military helicopter near Reagan National Airport in DC. My thoughts and prayers are with everybody involved in this tragedy and am thankful to the first responders. Hoping for some miracles."
Later that day, Congressman Moskowitz expressed appreciation for attending his honorary district swearing-in at Broward County Chambers. "Grateful to join friends, colleagues, and local community leaders for my honorary district swearing-in this week at the Broward County Chambers. By working together, I'm confident we can move the ball forward to stand up for our values and make progress for south Florida."
