Dre Johnson, LCSW, will present on the topic of self-care. Self-care is the practice of taking action to preserve or improve one’s own health and taking an active role in protecting one’s own well-being and happiness, in particular during periods of stress. There will have an interactive icebreaker at the beginning of the presentation.
This workshop is brought to you by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Project "Resources, Service & Intervention for Youth and Families" to support mental health in the community. If your teen would like to attend please call the Teen Center to RSVP.
