How did home prices perform in Tamarac during the first half of 2022?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Tamarac rose by $31,950 while total sales increased by eight percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 1,288 homes sold, with a median sale price of $251,950 - a 14.5 percent increase over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,193 homes sold in Tamarac in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Tamarac for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,953, approximately 0.8 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
