Pricing for the median home in Tamarac increased during May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Tamarac rose by $45,000 while total sales decreased by 1.8 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 217 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 20.9 percent increase over the $215,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 221 homes sold in Tamarac in May 2021.

The median sales tax in Tamarac for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,953, approximately 0.8 percent of the median home sale price for May.
