Phillipp Black the Barber Inc. acquires 6295 Ocean Drive, Margate

On Dec. 30, Phillipp Black the Barber Inc. purchased a four bedroom, two bathroom home at 6295 Ocean Drive, Margate from Krishnamachari and Ashley Manohar for $522,000.

So far in December 2021, 126 properties sold in Margate.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Ashley Omawattie Manohar has been registered to vote since 2006. Krishnamachari Agnives Manohar has been registered to vote since 2004.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 6295 Ocean Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Ashley Omawattie Manohar, 32, Elizabeth Wingate Simms, 55, and Krishnamachari Agnives Manohar, 35.
