The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 3084 Lighthouse Place, Margate was sold on Dec. 30 by John A. Anstett and Laura Seiler-Anstett for $285,000. The buyer was Nhien Duy Vo.

This home last sold on Sept. 2, 2003 for $161,000.

So far in December 2021, 126 properties sold in Margate.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, John Alan Anstett has been registered to vote since 1997. Laura Ann Seiler-Anstett has been registered to vote since 2003. John Paul Seiler has been registered to vote since 1961.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
