This home last sold on May 21, 2008 for $160,000.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Charles Fishman has been registered to vote since 2011.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 808 Cypress Blvd. 501 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Charles Fishman, 71, and Roberta M. Mercurio-Fishman, 73.
