The home at 6350 N.W. 78th Place, Parkland was sold on Dec. 30 by Frank S. and Theresa R. Minardi for $630,000. The buyers were Aharon Matnai and Deborah Lynn Gutfreund.

So far in December 2021, 50 properties sold in Parkland.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Frank S. Minardi has been registered to vote since 1996. Theresa Regina Minardi has been registered to vote since 1996.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 6350 N.W. 78th Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: Melissa Rose Minardi, 27, Frank S. Minardi, 61, Theresa Regina Minardi, 59, and Nicole T. Minardi, 33.
