On Nov. 30, Bethesda Alliance Church Inc. purchased a property at 1001 S.W. 71st Ave., N. Lauderdale from Board of Trustees of the Florida Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church Inc. for $3,803,000.

So far in November 2021, 60 properties sold in North Lauderdale.
