The third quarter of 2021: Sandalfoot Cove CDP experienced a 15.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Sandalfoot Cove CDP rose by $37,800 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.
