The last time this home sold was Jan. 11, 2001. It last sold for $171,000.

So far in September 2021, 253 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Divine D. Gonzalez has been registered to vote since 2000.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 11742 N.W. 29th Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Divine D. Gonzalez, 65, and Iluminada Gonzalez, 67.
