The home at 10602 N.W. 69th Place, Parkland was sold on Sept. 30 by Daniel R. Faust, Daniel and Joanne Faust (living trust) for $865,000. The buyers were Alfonso Miguel Alonso Tesson and Alenys Arzeno.

This home last sold for $339,900 on March 18, 1999.

So far in September 2021, 59 properties sold in Parkland.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Daniel R. Faust has been registered to vote since 1998. Joanne M. Faust has been registered to vote since 1998.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 10602 N.W. 69th Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: Daniel R. Faust, 61, Joanne M. Faust, 58, and Natalie Ann Faust, 27.
