The three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 1298 N.W. 91st Ave., Coral Springs was sold on Sept. 30 by Dustin and Joshua Angelo Tavolazzi for $280,000. The buyer was Sandlewood Properties Trust LLC.

This home last sold on Feb. 3, 2000 for $123,000.

So far in September 2021, 253 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Dustin Joseph Tavolazzi has been registered to vote since 2004.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1298 N.W. 91st Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Alisa Ann Pagels, 56, and Dustin Joseph Tavolazzi, 35.
