On Sept. 30, Shawn Smith purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 2506 Carambola Circle 1805-1, Coconut Creek from Steven B Litman for $250,000.

This home last sold for $48,600 on Dec. 8, 2004.

So far in September 2021, 110 properties sold in Coconut Creek.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Steven B. Litman (47) has been registered to vote since 1992.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
