The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 7531 Old Thyme Court 14A, Parkland was sold on Sept. 30 by William Kennedy III and Joyce Distefano for $585,000. The buyer was Old Thyme LLC.

This home last sold for $260,000 on Dec. 19, 2008.

So far in September 2021, 59 properties sold in Parkland.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 7531 Old Thyme Court 14A as of Oct. 10, 2020: Elizabeth J. Kennedy, 87, and Briana Marie Roundtree, 27.
