On Sept. 30, Alexis and Sonia Alvarez purchased a four bedroom, two bathroom home at 8672 N.W. 57th Court, Coral Springs from Shurhabeel Z Seyed and Sana Fahim for $640,000.

The last time this home sold was Sept. 30, 2010. It last sold for $315,000.

So far in September 2021, 253 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Sana Fahim has been registered to vote since 2013. Shurhabeel Z. Seyed has been registered to vote since 2013.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
