The home at 3720 N.E. 23rd Ave., Lighthouse Point was sold on Aug. 31 by Graham A. Hill (revocable living trust) for $1,295,000. The buyer was Samuel P. Licari.

So far in August 2021, 44 properties sold in Lighthouse Point.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Graham Hill has been registered to vote since 2012.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were seven registered voters residing at 3720 N.E. 23rd Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Graham Hill, 58, Albertini R. Adrien, 26, Ceus Adrien, 61, Martine Pierre Adrien, 61, Cindy Adrien, 32, Steven Adrien, 30, and Sabrina Adrien, 28.
