On Aug. 31, Edlaure and Edwin Barbosa sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 898 E River Drive, Margate to Eric Haynes and Renea Sharpe-Haynes for $385,000.

This home last sold for $290,000 on March 27, 2017.

So far in August 2021, 144 properties sold in Margate.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Edlaure Barbosa has been registered to vote since 2019.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 898 E River Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Samael Martinez, 48, and Edlaure Barbosa, 41.
