On Aug. 31, Felicia Aimee Alexis Falden purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 11823 N.W. 56th St., Coral Springs from Warren Chambless and Miriam C. Boves for $329,000.

So far in August 2021, 276 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Margarita Chambless, 78, was the only registered voter residing at 11823 N.W. 56th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
