On Aug. 31, Ivan Slone purchased a two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 3795 Cocoplum Circle 35129, Margate from Jennie Constantini for $130,000.

So far in August 2021, 144 properties sold in Margate.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Kelly Leigh Chappue, 53, was the only registered voter residing at 3795 Cocoplum Circle 35129 as of Oct. 10, 2020.
