On Aug. 31, Johnny M Rojas and Juliana Fernandez purchased a two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 7886 N.W. 84th Terrace 1-1, Tamarac from Maxine L. Melnick (revocable trust) for $307,200.

So far in August 2021, 243 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Maxine L. Melnick (86) has been registered to vote since 1988.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
