The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 7737 Highlands Circle, Margate was sold on Aug. 31 by Quan Nguyen for $157,500. The buyers were Long Nguyen and Phuong Le.

This home last sold for $350,000 on April 14, 2020.

So far in August 2021, 144 properties sold in Margate.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 7737 Highlands Circle as of Oct. 10, 2020: Zemira Rebecca Williams-Thomas, 39, and Omar Audley-Simon Thomas, 38.
