On July 30, Inmoby LLC purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 8010 Colony Circle 105, Tamarac from Jun Enterprise LLC for $140,000.

So far in July 2021, 189 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 8010 Colony Circle 105 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Yasmine Bisola Joachin, 27, Maysa Ulosola Joachin, 27, Endya Horne, 51, and Franklin Bernard James, 29.
