On Tuesday, April 1, former Douglas High School standout Dillon Moquin’s current college team, the Appalachian State Mountaineers, lost 14-10 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Western Carolina Catamounts.

The game took place at Ronnie G. Childress Field at Hennon Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Catamounts this season.

The Mountaineers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 6 p.m. at Lou St. Amant Field against Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks.
