On Tuesday, April 1, former City of Coral Springs Charter School standout Stephanie Basso’s current college team, the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers, lost 4-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the College of Charleston Cougars.

The game took place at Patriots Point Athletics Complex. This was their first matchup against the Cougars this season.

The Chanticleers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 6 p.m. at Eagle Field against Georgia Southern Eagles.
