Pompano Beach (unincorporated) median home prices rose by 19.9% in the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Pompano Beach (unincorporated) rose by $100,000 while total sales increased by 100 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $602,500 - a 19.9 percent increase over the $502,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Pompano Beach (unincorporated) in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Pompano Beach (unincorporated) for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,312, approximately 0.7 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
