Lighthouse Point home prices rose in the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Lighthouse Point rose by $105,650 while total sales decreased by 24 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 225 homes sold, with a median sale price of $717,650 - a 17.3 percent increase over the $612,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 296 homes sold in Lighthouse Point in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Lighthouse Point for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,580, approximately 0.6 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
