Home prices increased in Coral Springs during Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Coral Springs rose by $114,900 while total sales decreased by 14.4 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 658 homes sold, with a median sale price of $540,000 - a 27 percent increase over the $425,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 769 homes sold in Coral Springs in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Coral Springs for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,757, approximately 0.7 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
