Hillsboro Beach median home prices rose by 47.8% in Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Hillsboro Beach rose by $200,500 while total sales decreased by 47.4 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $620,000 - a 47.8 percent increase over the $419,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 76 homes sold in Hillsboro Beach in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Hillsboro Beach for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,100, approximately 0.8 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
