April: Home prices in Boca Raton (unincorporated) increased

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Boca Raton (unincorporated) rose by $100,000 while total sales increased by 0.8 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 261 homes sold, with a median sale price of $420,000 - a 31.3 percent increase over the $320,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 259 homes sold in Boca Raton (unincorporated) in April 2021.
