On March 21, Envirocycle Immobilier Inc., Envirocycle Real Estate Inc. and Mike Schmidt Investments Ltd. sold their two bedroom, two bathroom home at 2536 N.E. 27th St., Lighthouse Point to GP Enterprises of Kentucky LLC for $2,375,000.

So far in March 2022, 12 properties sold in Lighthouse Point.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Gary G. Grimme, 81, was the only registered voter residing at 2536 N.E. 27th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
