On March 21, Christina Ann Mancing purchased a two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 7821 Sanibel Drive 103-16, Tamarac from Blanca Margarita and Michael Jay Spurlin for $302,000.

This home last sold on July 19, 2000 for $81,500.

So far in March 2022, 35 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Michael Jay Spurlin has been registered to vote since 2019. Blanca M. Spurlin has been registered to vote since 2007.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 7821 Sanibel Drive 103-16 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Michael Jay Spurlin, 64, Margaret B. Gulley, 66, and Blanca M. Spurlin, 66.
