On March 21, Eduardo and Angelica Figueroa purchased a four bedroom, two bathroom home at 7441 N.W. 29th St., Margate from Kevin A. Poletti for $320,000.

So far in March 2022, 27 properties sold in Margate.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Eduardo Hiram Figueroa Gonzalez, 56, was the only registered voter residing at 7441 N.W. 29th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
