On March 22, Nazemul Rustam and El Kebira El Harrat sold their four bedroom, two bathroom home at 1388 N.W. 97th Terrace, Coral Springs to Ansari and Shalini Rustam for $620,000.

This home last sold for $430,000 on Nov. 23, 2004.

So far in March 2022, 43 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Nazemul Rustam (60) has been registered to vote since 1999.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
