On March 23, John M. Kang and Jung Won Kwak sold their four bedroom, three bathroom home at 5881 N.W. 122nd Drive, Coral Springs to Erik Augusto Pflucker Sicheri and Sandra Betriz Galimberti Vilallonga for $685,000.

The last time this home sold was April 20, 2015. It last sold for $440,000.

So far in March 2022, 43 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Jung Won Kwak has been registered to vote since 2016. John Min Kang has been registered to vote since 2005.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 5881 N.W. 122nd Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jung Won Kwak, 52, Necha Hiller, 98, and John Min Kang, 53.
