This home last sold on April 6, 2016 for $190,000.

So far in March 2022, 51 properties sold in Pompano Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Reid Koeser has been registered to vote since 1986.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 2951 N.W. First Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Reid Koeser, 74, and Scott A. Patton, 49.
