This home last sold for $295,000 on March 23, 2005.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Yoav Meir has been registered to vote since 1995.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 6247 N.W. 74th Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Monika Pintsch, 44, Noa Meir, 42, and Yoav Meir, 68.
