February 2022: Home prices in Boca Raton increased

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Boca Raton rose by $95,000 while total sales decreased by 29.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 163 homes sold, with a median sale price of $625,000 - a 17.9% increase over the $530,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 231 homes sold in Boca Raton in February 2021.

The median sales tax in Boca Raton for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,635, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for February 2022.
