This home last sold for $204,000 on Nov. 19, 2020.

So far in February 2022, 124 properties sold in Margate.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 6840 N.W. Ninth Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Alexis Jessica Holdampf, 28, Ramon Miranda Matos, 65, Claire Eugenie Hudson, 77, and Maria C. Rosell Silverte, 64.
