On Feb. 25, Martin and Brenda Patton purchased a seven bedroom, 7.2 bathroom home at 4200 N.E. 31st Ave., Lighthouse Point from Anna Martin for $10,500,000.

The last time this home sold was April 9, 2013. It last sold for $1,400,000.

So far in February 2022, 29 properties sold in Lighthouse Point.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Anna Martin has been registered to vote since 2018.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were six registered voters residing at 4200 N.E. 31st Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jonathan Martin Cristian Asratian, 26, Getro Dorvil, 62, Charlceus Uronie Dorvil, 61, Gino Dorvil, 36, Anna Martin, 49, and Mardig Asratian, 55.
