The home at 2910 N.E. 47th St., Lighthouse Point was sold on Feb. 25 by Marie Colandrea for $1,650,000. The buyers were Robert J. and Maria N. Wanes.

So far in February 2022, 29 properties sold in Lighthouse Point.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Marie Colandrea has been registered to vote since 2003.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 2910 N.E. 47th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Marie Colandrea, 85, Joseph a Colandrea, 89, and Calvin N. Bachus, 36.
