On Feb. 25, David J. Pena and Denise M. and Jay J. Miniet sold their two bedroom, two bathroom home at 3305 Cocoplum Circle 3310-2, Coconut Creek to Charles Marlin and Megan Ramos for $255,000.

This home last sold on July 27, 2007 for $165,850.

So far in February 2022, 82 properties sold in Coconut Creek.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, David Jose Pena has been registered to vote since 2003.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 3305 Cocoplum Circle 3310-2 as of Oct. 10, 2020: David Jose Pena, 42, and Luis R. Pena, 72.
