On Feb. 25, Ray and Lindsay M. Detwiler purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 10167 Ramblewood Drive, Coral Springs from Marvin Pepper and Norma Pepper (revocable living trust) for $650,000.

So far in February 2022, 161 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Marvin Pepper has been registered to vote since 1976. Norma C. Pepper has been registered to vote since 1986.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 10167 Ramblewood Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Marvin Pepper, 90, Norma C. Pepper, 75, and Dale Bennett Cazes, 49.
