On Feb. 24, Carett Tamara Derrett and Garth McDonald purchased a two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 8895 N. Isles Circle, Tamarac from Zillow Homes Property (trust) for $325,000.

This home last sold on Nov. 24, 2021 for $309,400.

So far in February 2022, 167 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 8895 N. Isles Circle as of Oct. 10, 2020: Alexander Betancur, 47, Teikah Foulkes, 39, Sandra Gomez, 32, and Brian Andrew Tijerino, 35.
