The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 101 Briny Ave. 1212, Pompano Beach was sold on Feb. 24 by Norma Ryan for $445,000. The buyers were Robert Charette and Dany Turenne.

So far in February 2022, 170 properties sold in Pompano Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Norma Ryan (59) has been registered to vote since 2016.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
