The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 6716 N.W. 62nd St., Tamarac was sold on Feb. 24 by Benjamin R. Arnold Jr. and Benjamin Roy Arnold Jr. for $337,500. The buyer was Wandaliz Valle.

So far in February 2022, 167 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Benjamin Roy Arnold (71) has been registered to vote since 1990.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
